原生质体诱变选育高富硒量冬虫夏草菌株的研究
Breeding High Rich Selenium of Cordyceps sinensis Strains by Protolplast Mutagensis
【摘要】 以冬虫夏草菌丝体为材料,经原生质体诱变获得了生物量和富硒能力均高于出发菌株的无性型菌株。实验结果表明:经紫外线诱变的8号再生菌株的生物量和富硒能力分别是13.445mg/mL和125.8μg/g,分别比出发菌株提高55.16%和50.12%。
【Abstract】 Using Cordyceps sinensis mycelium as the material,an anamorph strain with higher biomass and selenium rich ability than original strain was obtained by protoplast mutagenesis.The experimental results showed that the NO.8 strain was the best mutant strain through UV mutagenesis.The biomass and rich selenium ability of the regeneration strain were 13.445 mg/mL and 125.8μg/g,which were 55.16 % and 50.12 % higher than those of the original strain,respectively.
