【摘要】 大型体育场馆管理工作存在的主要问题是场馆闲置,或者说要解决的主要矛盾是利用率不高。根据我国社会主义初级阶段政府提供公共体育产品能力有限的实际,应确定大型体育场馆主要社会价值是产生经济效益,主要任务是提升经营水平。从解决体制性问题入手,根据需要确定其资产形态,以资产形态认识和把握公益性和经营性,立足体育但不囿于体育,整合社会资源,拓展经营平台,探索一体化经营和多元化发展模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 The major problem confronting large-sized sports venues is low utility rate.In view of the fact that the government is unable to supply enough public sports goods in Chinese preliminary development stage,the social value of large-sized sports venues should be defined in economic returns and the major task should be regarded as raising the management level.We should start with the mechanism issue and designate the asset form of large-sized sports venues to understand their function of serving the public and figure out how to manage them to finally explore the streamline management and pluralistic development model of rooting themselves in sports but transcending the sports boundary and making the most of social resources to expand their management platform.更多还原
