【摘要】 农村体育在组织设计上存在着的先天不足直接导致了农村体育责任主体的模糊与缺失,在农村体育计划层次与组织执行层次之间形成了管理的真空和断层。现行的农村体育管理体制制约了农村体育事业的进一步发展,已不利于农村体育的纵深发展。解决农村体育困境的当务之急是完善农村体育组织系统的架构,特别是要大力加强以文化站和村委会为代表的农村基层体育组织建设,将体育行政组织的末端延伸到乡镇一级的文化站,从而促进我国农村体育实现跨越式的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The innate flaw in rural sports organizational design results in the blur and lack of rural sports legal main body and forms managerial void and split between rural sports planning and organization and implementation.Current rural sports management system hinders the further development of rural sports cause and is detrimental to the expansion of rural sports.Perfecting rural sports organizational system framework,especially the construction of such rural grassroots sports organizations as cultural centers and village committees is of first importance in solving problems confronting rural sports.更多还原
