【Abstract】 In this experiment,IgG crude production was extracted from waste fresh goat blood by ammonium sulfate salting-out method combination with ultra filtration technology.The test results showed that:the content of IgG crude production was 1 mg/mL;valence was 28;the content of protein and IgG in freeze-dried sample was 81.35% and 80.79%, respectively.更多还原
