【摘要】 论述了在我国东北林区的气候条件下,卵孢白僵菌在菌株的获取、菌剂的生产、应用的林木害虫种类、施菌方式与方法等方面的现状;提出了卵孢白僵菌菌株的稳定性、剂型、施菌方法、定量化施菌、卵孢白僵菌的标准化与商品化、卵孢白僵菌的自然越冬能力测定等方面的研究存在的不足;阐述了卵孢白僵菌在我国东北林区未来的发展前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 The isolation of the strains of Beauveria tenella(Delacr.) Sicm.,reproduction of the fungus,the target species of forest pest insects and application mode and methods in the northeast forest region in China were summarized.The shortcomings in the study on the stability strains,formulation,application methods,quantitative application,standardization and merchandizing of the fungus as well as the determination of the overwintering ability of B.tenella were discussed and the prospects of the development of B.tenella in the northeast forest region in China were described.更多还原
