闪蒸气相色谱质谱法测定中药川芎挥发性成分

【摘要】 本研究采用闪蒸气相色谱质谱法(FE-GC-MS)测定了中药川芎的挥发性成分。结果表明,本法只需用~4mg药材粉末、在闪蒸温度250℃下闪蒸10s后进行GC-MS分析,便可获得令人满意的测定结果。同水蒸气蒸馏法相比,本法简便、快速、样品量小等特点,适于中药挥发性成分的快速测定。

【Abstract】 This paper describes a novel flash evaporation-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (FE-GC-MS) for the analysis of volatile compounds in Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. The results show that the optimum flash evaporation can be achieved by using ~4mg of the ground sample at 250℃ for 10s. In comparison with traditional steam distillation, the present FE-GC-MS method is rapid and only needs a few milligrams of the ground sample and a few seconds of flash evaporation time. It is an effective and feasible method for the quality control of traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs).
