球墨铸铁石墨开花问题的分析与处理

【摘要】 通过对球墨铸铁(QT600-3)石墨组织的观察,分析开花状石墨的结构特性,找出造成石墨开花的原因,并采取有效的预防措施改善球墨铸铁的铸件质量,提高产品的合格率。

【Abstract】 The structural characteristic of exploded graphite were analyzed by observing the microstructure of ductile iron(QT600-3),and the causes of graphite blooming were identified.Then effective preventive measures are taken to improve the quality of ductile Iron casting,and qualified rate of the product is increased.
