分光光度法快速检测苏丹Ⅰ和Ⅳ

【摘要】 运用分光光度计建立快速有效的检测苏丹Ⅰ和Ⅳ的方法,优化苏丹红的萃取工艺。通过全波长分光光度计检测鸡蛋及饲料中苏丹Ⅰ和Ⅳ的含量,结果显示用分光光度法检测苏丹Ⅰ和Ⅳ与HPLC法检测结果一致。

【Abstract】 A method of rapidly detecting SudanⅠand Ⅳ was established by using a spectrophotometer.The process of extracting Sudan red was optimized and the contents of Sudan Ⅰ and Ⅳ in feed and yolk were determined with a spectrophotometer.The results showed that the detection results by this method were coincident with those by HPLC.
