【摘要】 首先指出现代预应力工程容易出现的问题,依托某预应力工程的项目管理与实践,提出界面控制是预应力项目成功的关键,分析界面管理的具体内容,提出界面管理的有效办法。

【Abstract】 Firstly some likely problems are presented in the prestressed concrete engineering in this article.Based on an actual project management and practice,fully reasonably refers that the interface control is the key to the prestressed project successfully,and analyzes the specific contents of prestressed project interface,ultimately made an effective means of interface management.
