预应力锚杆与SMW工法组合在某基坑支护中的应用

【摘要】 苏州万达广场工程采用钢绞线预应力锚杆代替内支撑,与SMW工法组合的基坑支护技术。该工程采用管井降水,基坑周边上部用土钉墙支护,下部除西侧紧邻地铁隧道预应力锚杆无施工空间,选择内部型钢斜撑外,其它三侧均为SMW工法+预应力锚杆支护。详细介绍了基坑降水及组合支护设计方案、主要技术措施,并对支护结构及周边建筑沉降和位移及基坑内地下水位进行观测。结果证明,该支护形式能保证基坑稳定性。

【Abstract】 Compound support technology of prestressed anchor and SMW construction method is used in foundation excavation of Wanda Plaza in Suzhou.Well dewatering technology is applied for this project,and soil-nailing wall is used for support of upside of foundation excavation,as well as SMW construction method and prestressed anchor for downside except the west part.Further more,design scheme and main technical measures of dewatering and compound support are introduced in detail.Settlement and displacement of support and surrounding building are monitored,as well as underground water level.It proves that stability of foundation excavation is ensured by the support.
