基于图像处理技术的混凝土细观动力破损过程CT分析
CT analysis on dynamic meso-fracture process of concrete based on the image processing
【摘要】 本文利用CT技术对动压作用下混凝土细观破裂过程进行实时扫描观测,获得了混凝土试件在动荷载作用下裂纹的开裂、扩展、贯通的全过程CT图像。通过运用不同的图像处理分析方法以及对各断面CT数的分析研究了混凝土动力破损全过程。分析表明混凝土试件在动力压缩条件下经历了短暂的压密阶段、扩容阶段,损伤急剧增大到破坏的细观破损过程,其破坏时起裂点增多,裂纹较平直,具有突发性。反映了混凝土动力破损的特点。进而对混凝土材料的细观动力破损过程进行了有益的探索。
【Abstract】 This paper describes a real-time scanning observation on meso fractures of concrete under dynamic compression load by means of CT technology.With the CT image of the whole process of crack propagation,coalescence and failure,we can examine and analyze the concrete dynamic fracture process using various image processing techniques of the CT data obtained,and show the stages of condense,volume expansion,crack propagation and failure that the concrete specimen experienced under dynamic compression.When the failure occurs, the number of crack points is increasing,the cracks straightly overspread and may suddenly burst,which are the characteristics of dynamic meso fracturing of concrete materials.
