【摘要】 目的探索上腔静脉支架联合125I粒子植入治疗恶性肿瘤引致上腔静脉阻塞的临床价值。方法19例胸部恶性肿瘤致上腔静脉阻塞综合征患者,上腔静脉支架置入后7 d左右,在CT导引下植入125I粒子。结果上腔静脉阻塞综合征症状明显改善,1、36、个月复查肿块逐渐缩小。结论上腔静脉支架结合125I粒子植入近距放疗治疗胸部恶性肿瘤引致的上腔静脉阻塞效果明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of endovascula stent in combination 125I seed embedding in superior vena cava obstruction caused by malignant tumors.Methods 19 cases of superior vena cava obstruction syndrome induced by thoracic malignant tumors were subjected to 125I seed embedding 7 days after superior vena cava stent insertion by computer tomography.Result The clinical symptoms of superior vena cava obstruction syndrome were obviously improved. Conclusion Endovascula stent in combination with 125I seed embedding is effective for superior vena cava obstruction induced by thoracic malignant tumors.更多还原
