【摘要】 威权主义国家统治者即精英政治集团需要为自身的存在寻找合法性依据。威权主义的合法性如果不建立在历史唯物主义或人民主权的基础之上,就只能依靠经济的增长为主的政绩合法性来维持。为了维持政权的存在,威权主义国家的精英政治集团需要而且可以实现国家的稳定、发展和改革。但是,随着经济和社会的发展和成熟,经济增长为主的政绩合法性会出现不足,这就需要政治精英将国家的合法性稳步地建立在人民民主的基础之上。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rulers of the authoritarian state, namely, the political elite group must to seek for the basis of legitimacy for their own existence. And their legitimacy can only be maintained by the legitimacy of the achievements attained in their economic growth, if it is not based upon historical materialism or popular sovereignty. To maintain their regime, the political elite group of the authoritarian state need and may realize the stabilization, development and reformation of the state. However, along with the social and economic development and the ripening-up, the legitimacy of their achievements with economic growth as the mainstay will run short and decrease, and the political elites, therefore, must steadily base the legitimacy of their regime legitimacy on the peoples democracy.更多还原
