【摘要】 中国城市化的加速为周边农村发展带来了革命性的变革,这些农民的生活方式、收入来源都因失去土地在一夜间发生改变。但由于大多数失地农民在文化、技术、年龄等个人素质方面都不具备竞争优势,难以找到新的就业机会,从而引发的问题凸现。为了解决好失地农民的问题,需要政府必须强化引导工作、改变失地农民就业观,将社会保障系统覆盖到失地农民,设立培训基金、强制失地农民进行技能培训,建立创业、投资、就业、培训咨询机制,为失地农民提供优惠政策、鼓励失地农民多途径就业。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urbanization changes losing-land farmers’living conditions and increases their income,but there are some potential problems.Because most losing-land farmers have no advantages in personal quality such as culture,technology and age,it is very difficult for them to find new jobs.In order to expand employment channels for losing-land farmers,governments should strengthen guidance,change their employment concept,set up security system for them,provide technological training for them and work out some favorable policies for their employment.更多还原
