【摘要】 区域贸易协定(RTAs)中投资规则的形成既与区域经济组织和集团的兴起相辅相成,也与国际投资的多边、双边条约的发展密切相关。它在一定程度上反映了投资规则新动向。我国从一个单纯的外资输入国变成了既有外资输入也有资本输出国情,使我国在签订RTAs投资协定时,应该把握对于投资规则中投资自由化价值取向,投资协定的模式,以及以投资自由化价值取向的深度规则的确立。以此来维护国家利益。更多还原

【Abstract】 The formation of investment rules RTAs is closely related both with the generation of economic organization or bloc and the development of multilateral or bilateral agreements of international investment.It reflects the new trend of investment rule to a certain extend.To safeguard national benefits,China should pay more attention to set up the valuation of investment liberalization,the model of investment agreement and deeper rules of investment liberalization when signing RTAs under the new situation that China has changed from a simple capital importer to a country with capital import and capital export.更多还原
