【摘要】 本文介绍了利用高压磨料水射流加工高档地板拼花技术。阐述了地板拼花从图案设计、造型、数控编程到磨料水射流切割的全过程。介绍了拼花图案二维设计与三维造型、编程的结合,可以解决复杂拼花图案的设计与编程。高压磨料水射流加工的拼花图案尺寸精度和生产效率高,一致性好,特别适合批量生产。扩展高压磨料水射流加工在石材地板拼花中的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article is involved in the technology that the High Pressure Abrasive Water Jet(HPAWJ) is used to cut stone pattern patching on floor.In this article,the whole process of pattern patching of floor from pattern design to modeling,NC programming and HPAWJ machining is involved.The combination of pattern 2D design with 3D modeling and programming is introduced to solve the problem of design and programming of complex pattern.The patterns machined by HPAWJ are characterized by high size precision and machining efficiency,good unity,it is especially suited for batch production. The application of HPAWJ machining in stone floor pattern patching is extended.更多还原
