【摘要】 采用易去污整理剂AL-12对不同机织面料进行易去污整理,通过改变整理剂浓度、浴比,变换焙烘温度和时间等影响易去污效果的因素来优化整理工艺,从而分析出具有较好易去污效果的面料及与之对应的工艺,同时对整理前后面料的悬垂性、强力、透气性和抗皱性等服用性能进行了测试和比较,试验结果表明,整理后面料在保持原有服用性能的同时兼具较好的易去污能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Soil release finishing of various woven fabrics is performed with soil release agent AL-12,and the treating process is optimized by changing factors such as finishing agent concentration,bath ratio,baking temperature and time so that the fabrics exhibit good soil release results ,and corresponding process are determined. Meanwhile,the wearability including drape,strength,air permeability and wrinkle resistance of the fabrics before and after treatment were tested and compared. The results indicate that the finished fabrics have both good soil release ability and wearability.更多还原
