【摘要】 目的:观察参七散对2型糖尿病患者踝臂指数(ABI)的干预作用。方法:76例患者随机分为参七散组40例,对照组36例。对照组采用饮食控制、运动、纠正不良生活方式及西药降糖药等治疗,参七散组在对照组治疗基础上加用参七散治疗。观察治疗前后ABI、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(P2hBG)、糖化血红蛋白。结果:治疗后2组血糖均明显降低,与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),但治疗后2组间比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。治疗后2组糖化血红蛋白均明显降低,与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),但治疗后2组间比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。ABI参七散组明显提高,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),对照组则无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:参七散治疗糖尿病慢性并发症,疗效满意,患者易接受,值得推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of intervention with Shenqi Powder(SP) on ankle -brachia index(ABI) in type 2 disbetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:Seventy-six T2DN patients were randomized into the control group(n=36) and the treatment group(n=40).The both groups received dietary control,exercise,correction of unhealthy lifestyle and hypoglycemic drugs,and the treatment group received SP additionally.The changes of ABI,fasting blood glucose (FBG) and 2-hour postprandial glucose(2hPG) and glycosylated hemoglobin were observed before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,FBG and glycosylated hemoglobin were decressed in both groups(P<0.05 compared with that before treatment).but the differences between the two groups were insignificant(P>0.05).ABI was increased in the treatment group after treatment(P<0.05 compared with that before treatment),but remained unchanged in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:SP is effective and safe for the treatment of T2DM with chronic complications, being worth of expansion.更多还原
