杨梅花芽生理分化期叶片矿质元素含量动态变化

【摘要】 以杨梅(Myrica rubra)的芽和叶片为材料,研究杨梅花芽生理分化期叶片矿质元素含量的变化。结果表明,杨梅花芽生理分化期P和K含量呈不断降低趋势,而Ca和Mn则与之相反,呈持续升高趋势,Cu、B、Fe和Zn含量在生理分化盛期前降低,盛期后升高,而Mg和N则是在生理分化盛期前呈升高趋势,此后降低。在生产上,可根据杨梅树势在花芽生理分化前叶片适当喷施一定量的B、Fe和P肥,以促进其花芽生理分化。

【Abstract】 Buds of ‘Dongkui’ waxberry trees (Myrica rubra Siedb. et Zucc) were used to observe the flower-bud physiological differentiation in waxberry trees, and the leaves were determined to analyze the changes of their mineral element contents at the flower-bud differentiation stage. The results showed that the leaf P and K contents decreased at the flower bud physiological differentiation stage, while the leaf Ca and Mn contents increased. The leaf contents of Cu, B, Fe and Zn decreased before the flower bud physiological differentiation came to the peak, and then increased. The leaf N and Mg contents tended to increase prior to the peak of the physiological differentiation stage and then decreased. Additional address of P, Fe and B fertilizers prior to the flower-bud physiological differentiation can promote the flower-bud differentiation of the waxberry trees.
