【摘要】 目的了解饶平县鼠疫宿主动物媒介昆虫及人群抗体水平监测情况。方法按GB16882-1997(动物鼠疫诊断标准)和GB15991-1995(鼠疫诊断标准),开展鼠疫病原学和血清学监测。结果饶平县家鼠密度为15.00%,黄胸鼠密度为4.36%;野鼠密度为1.00%,黄毛鼠密度为1.00%;家鼠鼠体蚤指数为3.00,野鼠鼠体蚤指数为0.10,病原检测鼠形动物401只,蚤46匹,未检出鼠疫菌;鼠疫间接血球凝集试验(IHA)检测鼠形动物血清605份,人群血清200份,未发现鼠疫F1抗体,鼠疫反向间接血球凝集试验(RIHA)检测材料也未发现鼠疫F1抗原。结论饶平县鼠疫监测未发现人间或鼠间鼠疫疫情。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To undersland the epidemic situation of plague in Raoping Country. Methods Pathological and seriological survey of plague in Raoping County were carried out based on GB16882-1997 and GB15991-1995. Results The density of house rodent was 15.00%,density of Rattus flavipectus was 4.36%. The density of wild rodent was 1.00% and that of Rattus losea was 1.00%. The flea index of house rodent as wild rodents were 3.00 and 0.10, 401 murine-like-animus and 46 fleaes were examined and no Yersina pestis was detected. 605 serum samples from rodents and 200 serum samples from human were surveyed and no F1-antibody was detected. And no F1-Antigen was detected by IHA. Conclusion There no infections of plague is discovered in host animals, vectors an humans in Raoping County.更多还原
