【摘要】 目的观察分析消旋卡多曲口腔崩解片治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性腹泻的临床疗效和安全性。方法给予患有轮状病毒性腹泻的婴幼儿消旋卡多曲口腔崩解片,连服3～6d,追踪观察分析治疗后排便次数、性状和临床症状的变化。结果消旋卡多曲口腔崩解片治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性腹泻的止泻时间、总病程较对照组短(P<0.01),且有效率达96.08%,明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论消旋卡多曲口腔崩解片治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性腹泻能较快减少腹泻次数,改善大便性状,有效缩短腹泻病程,用药后无明显不良反应,安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of racecadotril orally disintegrating tablets in treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis. Methods Racecadotril orally disintegrating tablets of different doses were given to groups of different ages for 3～6 consecutive days. The changes were traced posttreatmentwith respect of defecation frequency , stool property and general clinical symptoms. Results Racecadotril orally disintegrating tablets were found to significantly shorten the duration of watery diarrhea in treating rotavirus enteritis, P<0.01. The effective rate was 96.08%, significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). Conclusions For infant with rotavirus enteritis, racecadotril orally disintegrating tablets is not only effective in reducing the times of defecation, improving the property of stool with a comparatively short treatment course , but also it is higher safe without adverse reactions.更多还原
