【摘要】 目的探讨AFP异质体作为肝癌早期诊断标志物在临床上的应用价值。方法利用微量离心柱法分离得到AFP-L3,采用化学发光法分别检测总AFP与AFP-L3含量,进而计算AFP-L3与总AFP的比值。结果AFP-L3与总AFP比值大于10%时与HCC呈明显相关性(P<0.01)。应用微量离心柱法检测甲胎蛋白异质体AFP-L3对肝癌的早期诊断、预后有重要临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of detection of lectin-reactive alpha-fetoprotein in for early diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.Method Serum AFP-L3 variants were isolated by micro centrifugal column,and the contents of AFP and AFP-L3 were detected by chemiluminescence.The ratios of AFP to AFP-L3 was calculated.Results The levels of AFP and AFP-L3 was significantly positively correlated with the hepatocelular carcinoma if the ratio of AFP to AFP-L3 was over 10%(P<0.01).AFP-L3 is of valuable for early diagnosis and prognosis of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.更多还原
