微波消解/HG-AFS法测定海产品中总锡含量

【摘要】 目的测定深圳海域海产品中总锡含量,以初步探明深圳海域海产品有机锡的污染状况。方法采集深圳海域5个海区海产品,样品经HNO3+H2O2微波消解体系消解后,采用原子荧光法测定总锡含量。结果所检测的28种共58个海产品样品中,以湿重计算的总锡含量最高的为0.48mg/kg,总锡平均浓度是0.168mg/kg,以牡蛎的总锡浓度水平为最高;其中在C海区采集的各类样品总锡含量均高于其它海区同类样品。结论深圳海域海产品中总锡含量总体偏高,并有一定的区域分布特点,提示深圳某些海区可能存在有机锡污染。

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the contents of tin in seafood in the coastal area of Shenzhen and provide base data for the levels of organotin pollution. Methods The seafood samples were collected from five districts in Shenzhen coastal areas .The samples were digested by closed -vessel microwave HNO3 +H2O2 dissolution system. The solution was directly analyzed by AFS. Results The highest content of tin was 0.48mg/kg (wet weight) in 58 detected samples, the average concentration was 0.168 mg/kg , the concentration of tin in the oysters was the highest. Conclusion The content of tin in seafood is in a high level in Shenzhen, suggesting a possibility of organotin pollution in coastal area of Shenzhen.
