【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔镜下精索内静脉高位结扎术治疗原发性精索静脉曲张患者围术期护理方法。方法:对157例原发性精索静脉曲张患者行腹腔镜下精索内静脉高位结扎术治疗,并给予精心围术期护理。结果:本组患者手术均获成功,患者术后精液质量与术前相比均有不同程度提高,均痊愈出院。结论:加强围术期护理可降低并发症发生率,促进患者康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the perioperative nursing methods in the treatment of primary varicocele by laparoscopic internal spermatic vein ligation. Methods: 157 patients with primary varicocele underwent laparoscopic internal spermatic vein ligation treatment and they were given careful perioperative nursing care. Results: The operations were all successful. The quality of semen of the patients increased in different degrees after operation,compared with that before operation. Conclusion: Strengthened perioperative nursing care can reduce the incidence of complications and promote patient’s recovery.更多还原
