【摘要】 目的:探讨准介入技术治疗脑血管病的操作方法、不良反应与防范措施及护理。方法:回顾总结1993年9月~2007年9月以来准介入技术治疗脑血管病的60 000次操作过程及体会。结果:1次穿刺成功56 000次,2次以上穿刺成功3 990次,穿刺失败10次,出现颈部血肿4次,局部硬节15次,抽搐30次,胸闷10次,药物过敏1次,治疗过程中无病情加重及死亡病例。结论:只要严格把握适应证与禁忌证,注意正确技术操作,加强护理,临床应用准介入技术,是治疗脑血管病又一简单、高效、安全的好方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the operative method of quasi-interventional therapy and discuss the side effects,countermeasures and nursing care in the treatment of patients with cerebrovascular disease.Methods: 60,000 times treatment in 14 years was reviewed and the operation procedure was summarized in the treatment of patients with cerebrovascular disease.Results: One-time successful punctures were 56,000 times;two-time or more successful punctures were 3 990 times,failed punctures were 10 times.Neck hematoma appears 4 times,the occurrences of local gelosis were 15 times,convulsions 30 times,chest tightness 10 times,drug allergy 1 time.There were no worsened cases and deaths in the course of treatment.Conclusion: It is important to grasp the indications and contraindications and to operate correctly combined with careful nursing care in quasi-interventional therapy.The technique is one of simple,efficient and safe therapeutic methods in the treatment of cerebrovascular disease.更多还原
