【摘要】 目的:探讨舒适护理对青年乳腺癌患者生命质量的影响。方法:将80例青年乳腺癌患者随机分为实验组和对照组各40例,两组均经过中文版SF-36生命质量量表、心理健康状况量表(SCL-90)测量,对照组实行传统常规护理,即术前常规准备、术后体位及疼痛护理等;实验组在常规护理基础上进行有针对性的全程舒适护理,包括入院心理干预、化疗期舒适护理、延伸护理关怀等。6个月后以生命质量调查量表(SF-36)和SCL-90测试结果为衡量标准比较分析干预后实验组与对照组的各项评估指标。结果:采取个性化舒适护理后,SCL-90的各分量表中实验组得分显著低于对照组,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01);实验组SF-36评分中的8项指标均显著高于对照组,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:舒适护理能显著提高青年乳腺癌患者的生命质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of comfortable nursing care of young patients with breast cancer quality of life.Methods: 80 young patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into experimental and control groups(40 cases for each group).The patients in both groups were assessed with SF-36 and SCL-90 of the Chinese version.Based on the assessment,the conventional nursing care was taken in control group,including preoperative preparation、postoperative nursing care for posture and pain;the entire targeted comfortable nursing care such as psychological intervention、comfortable nursing care during chemotherapy and extended nursing care were applied in experimental group.Each assessment index after intervention was analyzed and compared between the two groups after 6 months,taking the test results by SF-36 and SCL-90 as the scale criterion.Results: Having taken comfortable individualized nursing care,the scores in subscales of SCL-90 were significantly lower in experimental group than that in control group(P<0.01);the scores of 8 items of SF-36 were higher in experimental group than that in control group and there were significant differences in the comparison between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion: Comfortable nursing care can evidently improve the quality of life of the young patients with breast cancer.更多还原
