【摘要】 针对某汽车公司引进的SUV汽车,建立了白车身刚度试验测量系统,利用该系统对SUV白车身的弯曲刚度和扭转刚度进行了测试试验,得到了SUV白车身在弯曲、扭转工况下的刚度和关键部位的变形规律。试验研究表明,该测量系统的固定及加载方式合理,使得试验结果重复性好;所述刚度测试方法适用于其它SUV汽车或轿车。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the SUV launched by an automaker,a BIW stiffness test & measurement system is established,with which bending stiffness and torsional stiffness of the SUV BIW were tested,through which stiffness and rule of deformation of key parts of SUV BIW under condition of bending and torsion were obtained.The test results show that the fixing and loading method of the measurement system are rational,leading to good reproducibility of test results;the proposed stiffness test method is applicable to other SUVs and passenger cars.更多还原
