【摘要】 在CA6DE2电控国Ⅱ柴油机基础上,进行了气缸体、气缸盖、齿轮系、FEUPI泵总成托架结构改进设计,并设计开发了FEUPI电控燃油系统和燃烧系统,形成CA6DE3型柴油机。试验结果表明,所开发的CA6DE3柴油机满足国Ⅲ排放法规要求。经过整车优化标定后,装有CA6DE3柴油机的中型载货汽车道路试验结果表明,该柴油机动力性、经济性与原机械泵柴油机相当,烟度明显好于原机械泵柴油机,噪声比原机械泵柴油机略差。

【Abstract】 Based on the electrically controlled state-Ⅱ diesel engine CA6DE3,the modified designs for cylinder block, cylinder head,gear train and FEUPI pump bracket assembly are carried out,and the FEUPI electrically controlled fuel supply and combustion system are also developed,which constitute CA6DE3 engine.The test results show that the engine CA6DE3 meets the emission requirements of state-Ⅲ standard.After optimization and calibration on a mediumduty truck,the road test results show that its dynamics and fuel economy are approximately identical with the mechanical pump diesel engine,its smoke level is better and its noise is a little higher than the mechanical pump engine.
