【Abstract】 Mr.ZHANG Jian inherited the traditional virtue of being industrious and thrifty,advocated a clean and honest administration,and considered being industrious and thrifty as the fundament of a clean and honest administration,so as to prevent corruptions.He also advocated administrating according to laws,establishing and amending laws,and reg-ulating administrative authorities.Mr.ZHANG conducted the streamlining of government organs,cutting down on over-staffing,punishing corruptive officials,and shutting down government-run industries to prevent corruption.All his deeds have contributed a lot to the control of corruption,and can provide experiences to us today.更多还原
