【Abstract】 Vocabulary is one of the essential components of a language.The system of language symbols is made up of vocabulary,grammar and phonetic sound.On the other hand,vocabulary is a necessary tool for language activities such as listening,speaking,reading and writing.The vocabulary of a language has its own precise system,with multi-layer and multi-angle characteristics.In this paper,the lexical system is discussed based on the syntagmatic and paradigmatic relations,so as to figure out the practical significance of lexical system on English vocabulary teaching.更多还原
