5个节旋藻样品基因组DNA含量的测定
DETERMINING GENOMIC DNA CONTENT OF FIVE SPECIES IN Arthrospira
【摘要】 本文以鄂尔多斯高原碱湖钝顶节旋藻A1、鄂尔多斯节旋藻A2、方胞节旋藻A3、引进的非洲Chad湖钝顶节旋藻A4和墨西哥Texcoco湖极大节旋藻A5为实验材料,采用CTAB-溶菌酶法提取其基因组DNA,紫外分光光度法测定DNA含量。结果表明:5个节旋藻样品的DNA含量在3.1184mg/g DW~19.9076mg/g DW范围内,含量高低排列是A4>A2>A1>A5>A3,不同样品DNA含量存在较大的差异。
【Abstract】 The genomic DNA of five species in Arthrospira was extracted by CTAB-lysozyme method and contents of DNA were determined by means of ultraviolet spectrophotometer,which include Arthrospira platensis(A1),A.erdosensis(A2),A.jenner(A3) from alkaline lakes in Erdos Plateau,A.platensis(A4) from Chad Lake and A.maxima(A5) from Texcoco Lake in Mexico.The results indicate that the content of DNA in 5 species in Arthrospira are 3.1184~19.9076 mg/g DW.Following tendency is A4>A2>A1>A5>A3.There are obvious differences in the content of DNA between 5 species.
