【摘要】 目的:了解北京市大、中、小学生吸烟状况。方法:采用多阶段整群抽样方法,对北京市城区、近郊区和远郊区的4所非医学类大学、6所中学和6所小学进行自填式问卷调查。结果:被调查学生中尝试吸烟率为22.5%,现在使用卷烟制品率为8.5%,现在吸烟率为7.2%。尝试吸烟率、现在使用卷烟制品率和现在吸烟率均是男生高于女生(P<0.05),在读大学生高于其他学历在读学生(P<0.05),好朋友中有人吸烟者高于好朋友中无人吸烟者(P<0.05)。父母中有人吸烟的学生尝试吸烟率较高(P<0.05)。18岁以下的中、小学生因年纪小买烟被拒率在性别和在读学历间的差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05),但现在吸烟的学生更易买到香烟(P<0.05)。现在吸烟的学生更认同吸烟能增加男孩和女孩的吸引力(P<0.05)。结论:北京市大、中、小学生吸烟现状不容乐观,必须加大宣传力度,采取积极的干预措施,促使青少年不进入或者尽早退出吸烟者队伍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the influencing factors of students′ smoking in Beijing.Methods Students from 4 colleges,6 high and 6 primary schools were selected by stratified cluster sampling to conduct questionnaire survey.Results The rate of students who ever smoked was 22.5%.The rate of students who used cigarettes during the last 30 days prior to the survey was 8.5%.And the rate of students who smoked more than one cigarette during the last 30 days(viz.the smoking rate) was 7.2%.The rate was different between male and female and among colleges,high and primary school students,as well as among those with or without smoking friends.If one or both of their parents smoked,the students were more likely smoking in a rate of 25.2%.The smoking rate of male students(12.9%) was higher than that of females(2.0%).The smoking rate of college students(16.4%) was the highest.And the smoking rate of students whose good friends mostly smoked(16.4%) was the highest.Only 17.2% of students under 18 years old were refused to buy cigarettes during the last 30 days prior to the survey.96.8% of smoking students could buy cigarettes,more easily than non-smoking students(78.6%).Some of the smoking students thought that smoking enhanced their attraction to the opposite sex.Conclusion The smoking rate of Beijing students was high.Effective intervention measures must be taken to prevent students to become smokers or to help smoking students give up cigarettes.更多还原
