【摘要】 目的探讨微创手术治疗高血压脑出血患者的手术时机、手术方式与疗效的关系。方法对我院2005年1月至2007年12月58例行微创手术治疗的高血压脑出血患者进行回顾性总结与分析。结果58例患者生存45例,生存率77.6%。生存的45例,术后随访6个月以上,根据日常生活活动能力(activity of daily living,ADL)分级法,Ⅰ级12例,Ⅱ级16例,Ⅲ级9例,Ⅳ级6例,Ⅴ级2例。结论高血压脑出血患者手术时机、手术方式的选择是手术治疗效果的关键因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relation of minimally invasive surgical methods and occasions on the patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage to the efficacy.Methods From January 2005 to December 2007,the clinical data of 58 patients suffered from hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage with minimally invasive surgical therapy were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were 45 patients survived in 58 patients,accounting for 77.6%.A follow-up of more than 6 months was conducted. According to the activities of daily living (ADL) grading system,grade,grade,gradeⅢ,gradeⅣ,and gradeⅤwere found in 12,16,9,6,2 patients.Conclusion The choice of proper methods and occasions of operation on the patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were the critical factors affecting the efficacy.更多还原
