【摘要】 随着债务还本高峰期迫近,高校债务风险问题呈现出一些新的变化,政府、高校和银行都在为化解高校债务问题积极努力。从目前及未来高等教育进一步发展的趋势,结合发达国家在高校负债问题上的经验,拟从增加财政投入、开拓高校债市、加强与银行的交流与合作、加强财务内部控制和建立财务风险预警、拓宽其他收入来源等方面讨论高校债务风险防范的思路与对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the approach of the debt repayment peak,the debt risk has posed new changes for the colleges in China.The government,colleges and banks are taking great efforts together to solve the debt problem.According to the developing trend of higher education,and the experience of solving college debt problem in the developed countries,we put forward some measures such as increasing financial input,developing university bonds,strengthening the cooperation between college and bank,strengthening the internal financial control and establishing financial risk warning mechanism,and broadening the income sources.更多还原
