爆炸作用下空孔周围应力场变化的模型实验
Model experimental of stress field around empty hole under blasting loading
【摘要】 为了研究空孔在爆破中的作用机理,应用爆炸载荷动态焦散线测试系统,模拟爆破过程,进行了PMMA(有机玻璃)模型透射式动态焦散线实验,着重研究了爆破中空孔周围应力场变化过程.结果表明,空孔对应力波导向作用很明显;空孔附近主应力差瞬间达到最大值,随后呈振荡变化的下降趋势;空孔附近最大拉应力方向基本在垂直于炮孔与空孔连线的方向变化.
【Abstract】 In order to research the effect of empty hole in blasting,used the dynamic caustics-test system of blasting loading,the PMMA(Polymethyl Methacrylate) model transmission-type experiment of dynamic caustics was carried out to simulate the blasting process.Stress field around empty hole subjected to blasting loading was studied.The experimental results show that bull hole takes on guide effect for stress wave evidently.The difference of the principal stress near bull hole instantly reaches the maximal value,and subsequently it presents downtrend of oscillation variation.The direction of the maximal tensile stress approximately is perpendicular to that of the line between borehole and hole.
