【摘要】 目的:探讨发际缘切口联合附加小切口行颧上颌复合体骨折坚强内固定术的临床应用价值。方法:本组35例患者采用发际缘切口联合附加小切口行颧上颌复合体骨折解剖复位,微型钛板坚强内固定术。结果:35例均一期愈合,面部畸形得到明显改善,咬合关系恢复正常,无面神经损伤。结论:采用发际缘切口联合附加小切口的坚强内固定技术治疗颧上颌复合体骨折,复位准确、固定可靠,使面中部解剖结构得以重建,且术后无明显面部畸形等,具有良好的美观效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the application of hairline fringe incision approach combined with odditional small incision when necessary and rigid internal fixation in the treatment of zygomaticomaxillary complex multiple fractures.Methods 35 cases were selected and treated with approach of hairline fringe incision and odditional small incision and rigid internal fixation.Fractures were reducted and fixed with titanium-miniplates.Results All cases had been restored with norma1 face profile and good occlusion.No facial paralysis had been found.Conclusion Using hairline fringe incision approach combined with odditional small incision when necessary and rigid internal fixation,satisfied outcome such as precise repositioning and reliable fixation can be achieved in patients with ZMC fractures.Also an esthetics effect was gained with no obviously scar in face.更多还原
