基于LabVIEW的胶带撕裂机器视觉检测系统研究

【摘要】 针对煤炭生产中输送机胶带易产生纵向撕裂的背景,构建了基于虚拟仪器技术和机器视觉技术的胶带纵向撕裂检测系统。利用机器视觉识别方法,克服了以往撕裂监测装置事后报警的弊端,提出了一种非接触式胶带纵向撕裂超前检测方法,并给出详细的检测系统软硬件结构设计。

【Abstract】 Base on the background of the belt longitudinal tearing easy occurred on the belt conveyor in coal production,a belt longitudinal tearing inspection system was established base on the virtual instrument technology and machine technology.With the machine visional discernment method,the disadvantage of the previous tearing inspection device after tearing was overcame and the paper provided a non contact in-advanced inspection method of the belt longitudinal tearing and the detail design on the hardware and software structures for the inspection system.
