油溶性有机钼与二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZnDDP)在酯类油中的协同抗磨减摩性能及机理研究

【摘要】 采用四球摩擦磨损试验机分别考察了两类油溶性有机钼二烷基二硫代磷酸钼(MoDDP)和二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼(MoDTC)在季戊四醇脂中的减摩抗磨性能,探讨了MoDDP和MoDTC与二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZnDDP)的协同减摩抗磨性能;用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)观察分析了磨斑表面形貌和主要元素的化学状态,探讨了MoDDP和MoDTC的摩擦化学机制.结果表明,油溶性有机钼与ZnDDP复配具有优良的协同减摩和抗磨性能,这是由于ZnDDP促进了有机钼分解,生成了由MoS2、MoO3、ZnS和FePO4等组成的摩擦化学反应膜.
【Abstract】 Friction and wear properties of two kinds of organic molybdenum compounds were evaluated on a four-ball friction and wear tester.Pentaerythritol ester as stock oil containing organic molybdenum such as molybdenum dialkyldithiophosphate(MoDDP),molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate(MoDTC) and zinc dialkyldithiophosphate(ZnDDP).The morphologies of the worn surfaces were observed using SEM.The chemical states of several typical elements on the worn surfaces were examined by XPS.The composite of oil-soluble organic molybdenum compounds and ZnDDP exhibited excellent synergistic anti-wear and friction-reduction properties.This is because that ZnDDP accelerated decomposition of organic molybdenum compounds on the friction surface and creates tribochemistry film consisting of MoS2,MoO3,ZnS and FePO4.
