【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the cutaneous penetrance of dapsone liposomal gel in vitro.Methods:Franz diffusion cell method was used to measure the cutaneous permeation of dapsone gel,2%dapsone liposomal gel and 5%dapsone liposomal gel.Results:2%dapsone liposomal gel had the best cutaneous permeation in vitro,followed by the general dapsone gel and 5%dapsone liposomal gel.Conclusion:2%dapsone liposomal gel can improve the effect of cutaneous penetrance of dapsone,which provides a basis for the preparation of liposomes gel.更多还原
