【摘要】 目的:探讨健康教育及辨证施护在颈椎病患者中的作用。方法:对118例颈椎病患者按照辨证分型共同从病房环境,心理护理,病因护理,功能锻炼指导,以及根据不同分型分别对其进行辨证施护。结果:患者对颈椎病有了充分的了解和认识。消除了紧张、焦虑、急躁的情绪,增强了治疗的信心,积极主动坚持做颈椎保健操;掌握了在生活、工作和学习中的正确姿势,知道如何采取预防措施,效果满意。与此同时,护患之间创造了一个和谐的关系,赢得患者的信赖。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of health education and dialectic nursing in cervical diseases. Methods:118 inpatients with diferent dialectic types of cervical disease were dialectically nursed through environment of ward,psychological nursing,etiological factors of disease nursing,exercise demonstrating etc. together,and dialectic nursing with separation.Results:The patients recognized the cervical diseases fully,andeliminated the tense,anxious and hot emotion .Their confidence of treatment were increased. They can active,proactive,insistently to do the health exercise of cervical spine;Now the patients grasped the accurate position in life,work and learning,and know how to take preventive measures,the results were satisfied.
