【Abstract】 Based on current situation of library law in foreign countries,the paper has analyzed of the practice of library laws abroad.The paper holds the view that,the legislation of library undertaking should set foot according to the situation of China.The most urgent thing for China is to formulate as soon as possible,the "Library Law of the People’ Republic of China".Then refine concrete measures and put forward issue that should be solved by Library Law.更多还原
