【摘要】 农业高校的社科学报创办特色栏目既有自己的优势,又受多方面资源约束而存在较大困难。强化合作,联合共建特色栏目不失为提高高校学报学术水平和办刊效益的一种有效的应对之策。实施特色栏目联合共建包括与国内外有关学术研究机构合作,与学校相关专业院系合作,与地方政府部门和相关社会组织合作,与相关企业与网站合作,以此优化和扩充稿源,巩固和扩大高水平作者群,提升栏目编辑素质,增加办刊经费。联合共建期间应建立完善评估与激励机制,确保特色栏目的发展活力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Building a characteristic column of agricultural university social sciences periodicals has both merits and demerits.It will be a good way of promote the periodicals academic and economic effects to strengthen cooperation and construct the characteristic column together with other unites such as foreign relevant academic institutions,colleges that has relevant field of expertise,local government,social organizations,correlation enterprise and website.All these aim to optimize and expand manuscript source,consolidate and expand high level author group,promote column editor quality,and increase publication funds.Besides,a consummation appraisal and drive mechanism is also important to guarantee the vigor of characteristic col-umn.更多还原
