【摘要】 中国石油化工股份有限公司济南分公司采用中国石化集团洛阳石油化工工程公司开发的FDFCC-Ⅲ灵活多效催化裂化工艺对第一套重油催化裂化装置进行了改造。工业应用结果表明,第一套重油催化裂化装置采用新工艺后,全厂两套重油催化裂化装置的汽油产品质量均得到了升级,汽油的烯烃和硫含量大幅度下降,辛烷值增加,诱导期延长。同时产物分布得到明显改善,总液体收率增加,丙烯质量产率达到10.38%,柴油产率高,柴油品质好。更多还原

【Abstract】 FDFCC-Ⅲ process,which was developed and licensed by SINOPEC Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Corporation,was applied in the revamp of the No.1 RFCC unit in Jinan Company/SINOPEC.The results of the commercial operation show that the quality of the naphtha from the two RFCC units in Jinan Company/SINOPEC was remarkably improved with a great drop of olefin and sulfur content,a rise in octane number and an extension in induction period.Meanwhile,the product slate has been improved.The total liquid yield is increased,and propylene yield is as high as 10.38 w%.Furthermore,LCO from the unit is high in quality.更多还原
