基于DCS的汽油调合优化控制系统的设计和实现
The Design and Implementation for a Online Blending Optimization Control System of Gasoline Based on DCS
【摘要】 简要介绍汽油调合的主要生产工艺流程,叙述了基于I/A’S DCS的汽油调合优化控制系统的总体设计方案,详细阐述了系统的硬件和软件配置、控制方案、优化策略以及实施过程,并对系统的应用情况和体会作了总结。该优化项目的实践证明,I/A’S系统性能稳定,控制可靠准确,与近红外分析仪和优化系统通讯稳定,优化控制算法针对性强,运行效率高,优化调合算法实现质量的卡边控制和效益最优化等多种优化指标,提高了生产效率和经济效益。
【Abstract】 The main process of gasoline blending is briefly introduced.The design for a online blending optimization control system based on I/A’S DCS is described.The system configuration,control scheme and implementation is presented in detail.The results have shown that the DCS has stable performance and reliable,the optimized methods aim at the GPC’s project,system communication runs stably.Online gasoline blending meets the good needs of quality edge control and maximizes the benefit.It has make great promotion of production efficiency and economy benefit.
