基于机器视觉的棉纺异纤清除系统
A Separating System for Foreign Fibers Based on Machine Vision
【摘要】 异性纤维检测清除技术是近几年来国内外研究的热点。本文给出了基于机器视觉的异性纤维清除系统框架,提出了灰度结合非线性阈值判断的算法用于检测皮棉中的异性纤维。实验结果表明,该方法有效地清除皮棉中的异性纤维,并提高了系统的清除率。
【Abstract】 The technologies currently used in detecting foreign fibers in cotton are inefficient for their diversity and almost the same appearance as the cotton fibers.This paper puts forward a separating system for foreign fibers based on machine vision.The arithmetic of combining nonlinear threshold with the gray level threshold is proposed.The experiment result indicates that most of the foreign fibers can be detected.
