【摘要】 目的:探讨分化抑制因子Id2基因在白血病白细胞中的表达状况。方法:应用RT-PCR半定量分析16例急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANLL),10例慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)白细胞中Id2的mRNA表达水平。结果:Id2基因在急性非淋巴细胞和慢性粒细胞白血病患者外周血白细胞中的表达水平均增高,有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两者间比较无统计学意义。结论:Id2基因在白血病细胞中的表达明显增高,可能与白血病的发病有一定相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore Id2 mRNA expression in leukocyte.Methods:The mRNA expression levels of Id2 in 16 patients with acute non-lymphocytic leukemia(ANLL) and 10 chronic myelocytic leukemia(CML) were assayed by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results:The expression of Id2 gene in ANLL and CML was significantly higher than that in healthy volunteers(P<0.05).Conclusion:The results show that the alternation of Id2 gene expression level may relate to the onset of ANLL and CML.更多还原
