【摘要】 本文认为,新的休假制度将对居民出游行为产生影响:假日短线游增加,个性化、休闲化旅游成趋势,远程游将集中在假期、十一、春节、带薪年休假,而节日"小长假"将被亲情友情所"包裹"。旅游业必须转变观念,调整产品结构,提高产品质量,完善旅游服务,改进营销方式,从而应对新的休假制度。更多还原

【Abstract】 The author believes that the new vacation policy will undoubtedly have great influences on tourist behaviors of Chinese residents such as : short distance tours will be on rise;leisure and personalized tours will become the trend;long distance tours will become popular during winter and summer holidays,the National day holiday,the spring festival and paid annual vacations;and visiting friends and relatives will be the theme of the other three festivals.Therefore,it is necessary for tourism industry to changes concepts,adjust product structure,enhance product quality,and improve tourist services and marketing mix in response to the change of the policy.更多还原
