【摘要】 目的研究一种微小RNA(miR-145)在人乳腺癌及乳腺良性病变组织中的表达,分析miR-145的表达与乳腺癌临床病理特征的关系及其对乳腺癌发生发展的意义。方法采用组织芯片平台,应用原位杂交方法检测91例乳腺癌和38例乳腺良性病变组织(包括21例纤维腺瘤,17例乳腺腺病)miR-145表达。结果乳腺癌miR-145高表达率较乳腺良性病变降低(31.9%和60.5%,P<0.01);乳腺癌miR-145高表达率与肿瘤腋淋巴结转移(P<0.01),TNM高分期(P<0.05),c-erbB-2过表达(P<0.01)状况均相关;乳腺癌miR-145表达与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、组织学分级、ER、PR均无相关性(均P>0.05)。结论miR-145表达异常可能参与了乳腺癌的发生、发展过程,是一个潜在的乳腺癌分子标记物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To investigate the expression of miR-145 in breast carcinoma and its clinicopathologic significance.Methods miR-145 expression was detected in 91 cases of breast carcinoma and 38 cases of benign breast lesions including 21 cases of fibroadenoma and 17 cases of adenosis on tissue microarray sections by in situ hybridization.Results The expression rate of miR-145 in breast cancer was significantly lower than that of the benign lesions(31.9% vs 60.5%,P<0.01).There were positive correlations between miR-145 expression and lymph node metastasis(P<0.01),TNM stage(P<0.05)and c-erbB-2 overexpression(P<0.05),whereas no correlations were found between the expression of miR-145 and age,size,histological grading,ERα and PR status(P>0.05).Conclusions The altered expression of miR-145 might play a role in the pathogenesis and progression of breast carcinoma,and it may be a useful molecular marker for breast carcinoma.更多还原
