【Abstract】 Because of the particularity and the importance of electricity power industry to national economy,countries through out the world have started to regulate electricity power industry since the 1980s.Regulatory economics theory offers the theoretical basis for economy regulation and sociality regulation of electricity power industry.Electricity power industry reformation in our country may take regulatory economics theory as guidance too,but can not ignore the particularity of electricity power industry in our country,namely administrative monopoly.更多还原
