【Abstract】 Mantianxing is a hot pepper F1 hybrid bred by crossing a cytoplasm male sterile line E4A with a restorer line E28C. It has mid-maturity. Its fruit is horn-shaped, 6~8cm in length, 1.0~1.2cm in diameter and 4.5g per fruit. Its young fruit is green and its old fruit gets bright red with hot and fragrant taste. Its yield of fresh red fruits is 42~48 t per hm2 and its yield of dehydrated pepper is 4.5~6 t per hm2 . It is resistant to CMV and phytophthora capsici, and mid-resistant to TMV. It could be grown in both open and protected fields in early spring.更多还原
